Agentic Studio ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Stance mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App. Please read this policy carefully. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
- Photos and Images: When you use the App, you may upload photos from your device. These images are used solely for AI-based photo transformation, style transfer, and video generation.
- Creative Inputs: Style selections, effect preferences, and other creative direction you provide within the App.
- Account Information: If you create an account, we collect your email address or social login credentials.
1.2 Automatically Collected Information
- Device Information: Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and push notification tokens.
- Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the App, including features used, screens visited, and actions taken.
- Log Data: In the event of errors, we collect log data including device type, operating system version, app configuration, and the time and date of usage.
- Purchase History: Subscription confirmation and transaction records for in-app purchases.
1.3 Information We Do Not Collect
- We do not access your entire photo library. Only photos you specifically select are uploaded.
- We do not collect biometric data or use facial recognition for identification purposes.
- We do not access your contacts, calendar, or location data.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- AI Generation: Your photos and creative inputs are processed by AI services to generate transformed photos and videos.
- Service Improvement:Aggregated, anonymized usage data helps us improve the App's features and performance.
- Account Management: Managing your account, subscriptions, and preferences.
- Communications: Sending technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages.
- Error Diagnosis: Log data helps us identify and fix issues.
3. Photo and Face Data
What we mean by "face data".When this policy refers to "face data", we mean the photographs you choose to upload that may contain human faces (yours or others you have permission to use). We do not extract, derive, compute, or store facial geometry, biometric face templates, face embeddings, face prints, or any other biometric identifier from those photos. We do not perform facial recognition or facial identification.

- What is collected: Photos you upload that may contain faces.
- How it is used: Solely to generate the AI photo or video output you requested.
- Who it is shared with: Our AI generation provider (fal.ai) and our cloud storage provider (Cloudflare R2). Listed in Section 4.
- How long it is retained: Stored in your account until you delete the photo from the app, or until you delete your account. See Section 6.
- Used for training or recognition: No. Never.
Your privacy regarding uploaded photos and face data is important to us:
- Uploaded photos are transmitted to our servers solely for the purpose of AI-based photo transformation and video generation.
- Storage and deletion: Uploaded photos and the generated outputs are stored in your account so you can view, edit, and re-download them. They remain stored until you delete them yourself from the app, or until you delete your account. They are not transferred or used outside of providing the service to you.
- We do NOT use your photos or face data for training AI models, facial recognition databases, or any purpose beyond your requested generation tasks.
- Original photos remain on your device and are not uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly select them for a generation.
- Photos and generated outputs are encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest on our cloud storage provider.
- We do not retain, share, or use face data for biometric identification at any time.
4. AI Processing and Third-Party Services
To provide AI generation capabilities, we use the following named third-party services. Your photos (including any faces they contain) may be transmitted to these providers solely to fulfill your generation request:
- AI Image & Video Generation — fal.ai: Your uploaded photo and your text/style inputs are sent to fal.ai, which runs the underlying image and video generation models on our behalf. fal.ai processes the photo only to produce the requested output and does not use it for model training. See fal.ai's privacy policy.
- Cloud Storage — Cloudflare R2: Uploaded photos and generated outputs are stored temporarily in Cloudflare R2 buckets. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- These named third-party services are the only external recipients of your photos or face data. We do not sell, license, rent, or otherwise share your photos or face data with any other party.
- Data sent to AI providers is used only to fulfill your generation request and is not retained by these providers for model training.
5. How We Share Your Information
We do NOT sell your photos, face data, or personal information.
We may share non-photo information with:
- Service Providers: Third-party services that help us operate the App (analytics, crash reporting, cloud infrastructure).
- Legal Compliance: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as a business asset.
- Safety: To protect the rights, property, or safety of Agentic Studio, our users, or the public.
6. Data Storage and Retention
- Photos and Generated Outputs: Stored in your account on our cloud storage provider (Cloudflare R2) so you can view, re-download, and edit them. They remain until you delete them from the app or delete your account.
- Account Data: Retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services.
- Usage Data: Retained in anonymized, aggregated form for analytics and service improvement.
- Per-Item Deletion: You can delete any individual uploaded photo or generated output from inside the App at any time. Deletion removes the item from our cloud storage.
- Account Deletion:You can delete your account and all associated data at any time through the App's Settings. Server-side data is removed within 30 days of a deletion request.
7. Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your information, including:
- Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS) for all server communications.
- Secure cloud infrastructure with access controls.
- Regular security assessments of our systems.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
8. Cross-Border Data Transfers
Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our cloud infrastructure providers operate. By using the App, you consent to this transfer. We use commercially reasonable measures to ensure your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
9. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
10. California Residents (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):
- Right to Know: You can request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected.
- Right to Delete: You can request deletion of your personal information.
- Right to Opt Out: We do not sell personal information. If this changes, we will provide an opt-out mechanism.
- Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.

11. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data.

12. Links to Other Sites
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy within the App and updating the "Last updated" date. You are advised to review this policy periodically for any changes.
